Trained in the IFS – Internal Family Systems approach.
IFS is the central approach I use in my sessions, complemented by other disciplines such as [Somatic Experiencing] (Peter Levine), Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté), Emotional Intelligence (University of Alcalá), and [Mindfulness].
Here you will find a space where your difficulties are welcomed and cared for, whatever they may be. Together, we will create the conditions you need to transform and release everything that prevents you from connecting with your own source of love and vital energy.
All the [therapeutic approaches] I use are based on the premise that within each of us lies an innate inner resource, which can be referred to in different ways, such as “Innate Life Energy,” “Essential Self,” “Self,” “Authentic Self,” “Inner Teacher,” “Inner Source of Energy,” and so on.
By accessing our own inner source, we experience an inner state of awareness that provides us with qualities such as clarity, compassion, calm, curiosity, self-awareness, courage, patience, and more.
No matter how difficult or dark our life experiences may have been, we can access this inexhaustible inner source of self-acceptance and understanding.
This process involves reconnecting with this innate core resource as a source of healing for the parts within us that have been wounded or carry painful feelings and experiences. This connection allows our “Essential Self” to attend to and meet the needs of these vulnerable inner parts, restoring our ability to face the challenges of everyday life with balance, resilience, and vitality, while also allowing us to fully enjoy moments of joy and happiness.
This is an experience that is available to all of us.

When is it advisable to begin a process of inner work?
When we begin to experience significant emotional or mental distress that persists over time, or when we feel that certain difficulties are overwhelming us and preventing us from feeling well and enjoying life, it may be a good time to consider seeking support and help to work through them.
It is important to remember that you do not need to have a serious disorder in order to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, deciding to seek therapy is the step that requires the most courage. From the very beginning, you will therefore receive all the support, guidance, and understanding you need.
Improve my quality of life.
This process also promotes personal growth, self-awareness, and an improved quality of life. We live in a fast-paced and demanding culture that leaves little time to attend to our essential needs. Therapy helps us address these needs and, just as we drink water when we are thirsty, reconnects us with our own inner source. By connecting with our Essential Self, we experience greater calm, clarity, and awareness of what we truly need.
It also allows us to see ourselves with kindness, develop a more positive self-image, greater self-care and compassion toward our difficulties, and increase our confidence, creativity, and ability to resolve challenging situations, as well as the courage to face the demands of everyday life.
As we free ourselves from what disconnects us from our vital energy, we begin to experience our true authenticity. I invite you to embark on this journey toward your true
